General
01What is Rage?
Rage is a free Discord bot for server security and management: antinuke, antiraid, automod, logging, VoiceMaster temporary voice channels and giveaways.
02What is the best all-in-one Discord bot?
Rage is a free all-in-one Discord bot: antinuke, antiraid, automod, moderation, logging, VoiceMaster temporary voice channels, giveaways, autoresponders, welcome messages and embeds in one bot, so you don't need five bots with five sets of permissions.
03Is Rage free?
Yes. Every core feature of Rage is free, including the antinuke. Premium only raises limits (like saved embeds and autoresponders) and unlocks antiraid and fake permissions.
04How do I add Rage to my server?
Press Add to Discord on this site, pick your server and approve the permissions. Then type .help in any channel to see how each command works.
05What is Rage's prefix?
Rage's default prefix is . - for example .help. Each server can change it with the prefix command.
06Where can I see every command?
Every command, with its arguments, permissions, aliases and cooldown, is listed on the Commands page of this site, grouped by module and searchable.
Antinuke & security
07What is the best free antinuke bot for Discord?
Rage is a free antinuke bot that punishes on the first destructive action: anyone who isn't whitelisted and bans, kicks, deletes a channel or role, or hands out admin is punished on the spot, dangerous permissions are locked, and deleted channels and roles are restored.
08How does Rage's antinuke work?
Rage reads Discord's audit log as events arrive. When someone who isn't whitelisted does something destructive, it punishes them first, then can lock dangerous permissions on every role and put back what was deleted. The server owner restores permissions with the antinuke restore command.
09Does Rage's antinuke use thresholds?
No. There are no thresholds - a single destructive action from someone who isn't whitelisted is enough, so a nuke is stopped before it spreads.
10Who can bypass the antinuke?
Only the server owner, Rage itself, and users the owner or antinuke admins add to the antinuke whitelist. Members whose top role is at or above Rage's role can't be punished by any bot, so Rage locks the server down instead.
11Does Rage need administrator permission?
For antinuke and recovery to work fully, Rage's role should be at the top of the role list with administrator, so it can act on anyone below it.
12What does Rage do if someone gives admin to a new member?
If a member who isn't whitelisted is given admin, Rage takes the role back. If several members get admin at once, it locks the server down, and a member given admin right after joining has that role emptied and is jailed.
Moderation & automod
13What is the best moderation bot for Discord?
Rage covers moderation end to end: ban, kick, timeout, jail, warnings with case logs, chat bans and voice bans, plus automod and logging, so moderators work from one bot.
14What is the best automod bot for Discord?
Rage's automod deletes spam, links, invites, caps, mass mentions and raid-style floods the moment they're sent, and can lock channels when the same attack hits many at once.
15Can Rage log everything that happens in my server?
Yes. Rage's logging puts every event - messages, members, roles, channels, voice, moderation and more - in its own channel, and can set all of them up with one command.
16How does Rage stop raids?
Rage's antiraid watches for mass joins and brand new accounts, uses honeypot channels to catch bots, and can lock the server down and clean up on its own.
Setup, status & premium
17What does Rage Premium include?
Premium raises Rage's limits - like saved embeds, autoresponders and giveaways - and unlocks antiraid and fake permissions. Everything else, including the antinuke, is free.
18How do I check if Rage is online?
The Status page on this site shows every shard live - uptime, latency, servers and users - and you can enter your server ID to see which shard your server is on.
19Where do I get help with Rage?
